Collapse CONSTRUCT join duplicates: one node per distinct value hash. Among
nodes with the same value the latest generatedAt wins (array order only
breaks ties), because backends return history in no guaranteed order.
History with different values is preserved.
Known limitation (accepted for the first release): nodes are keyed by value
only, so a value that returns (A → B → A) collapses into one A node even
with retention "all"; the audit trail keeps A and B but not the fact that A
came back. A complete trail would key real duplicates by value + generatedAt.
